Gloucester Chiropractors Cancellation Policy

Regrettably, missed appointments and late cancellations are a significant drain on clinic resources, leading to people with genuine need waiting longer than necessary for appointments.

It is for this reason that we at Gloucester Chiropractors feel the need to have a comprehensive cancellation policy and to enforce this policy.

For initial consultations, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Where an initial consultation is cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice, a full refund will be processed. Where 24 hours’ notice is not provided, no refund will be paid.

For follow up appointments, advance payment is not required. Cancellations with at least 24 hours’ notice do not incur a charge. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 50% charge.

In cases where an appointment is moved to another time on the same day, no charge will be made.

Where traffic and other delays cause a patient to be late by more than 15 minutes, we will do our best to accommodate this and reschedule a same day appointment. However, where this is not possible, the missed appointment fee will be charged.
