Preparing for Your Appointment
There’s very little you need to do to prepare for your appointment, just show up and you’ll be well looked after.
We’ll send you a medical form on booking. If you can fill this in prior to your appointment, that always helps your chiropractor.
Have a think about what you want to gain from your appointment. This could be as simple as pain relief or preventing an issue recurring, but some people want to find ways to improve their posture, perform better at a sport, or just deal with stress more effectively. Having these goals in mind can help direct your chiropractor.
Try to come wearing comfortable clothing, but don’t worry too much. Our chiropractors can work around most clothing choices.
