Chiropractor | Sports Injury & Performance | Fluent in Polish

Alex approaches chiropractic with a calm, inquisitive mindset and a strong focus on truly understanding the individual needs of each patient. His method blends clinical reasoning with practical, hands-on care to provide thoughtful, tailored treatment.

His foundation in competitive sports, combined with additional postgraduate study and patient-focused training, allows him to deliver effective care that combines manual therapy, targeted rehabilitation, and personalised exercise plans.

Alex completed his Master of Chiropractic degree and has since gone on to complete the Royal College of Chiropractors’ PRT programme, as well as the FICS Lower Extremity course as part of his International Certificate in Sports Chiropractic (ICSC). His wider clinical toolkit includes soft tissue work (IASTM), kinesiology taping, Level 3 Sports Massage, and acupuncture.

As an active member of the Royal College of Chiropractors Sports Faculty, Alex has a strong interest in supporting individuals in achieving peak performance—whether they are training recreationally, competing at club level, or recovering from injury. With personal experience in rugby, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and CrossFit, he has a particular affinity for addressing movement-based injuries and enhancing functional performance.

Alex is especially passionate about helping patients better understand their own bodies. He takes a collaborative approach to care, working to uncover the root of an issue—whether it stems from movement control, joint mobility, or muscular imbalances. His interest in nutrition and supplementation, supported by earlier experience in the field, is another area he is keen to integrate more into patient care.

Originally from a Polish family, Alex speaks the language fluently and enjoys supporting patients from all backgrounds. He is a fantastic addition to the team at Gloucester Chiropractors
