Tom Cairns was recommended to me by a friend who he treated for a bad shoulder injury. I have suffered with lower back pain for almost 40 years and have attended various doctors, chiropractors and osteopaths over that period. I was amazed by the relief I received from him. Tom didn’t just work on my lower back but my whole posture which made all the difference. I’m sorry I didn’t go to him years ago. I would highly recommend him for skeletal problems you might have.

Initially visited with neck and back problems, whilst being treated for this I mentioned some dizziness that I had been suffering from for years, even spending a day in A&E with no diagnosis. Have suffered from lower back pain for some 20 years. Regular physio eased the pain, but never really sorted it out. In the last few months it got progressively worse so I decided to pluck up the courage and try a chiropractor. I have to say that this is one of the best decisions I have made! Tom has been excellent. The first treatment eased the pain and after more sessions in the last few weeks I can move much more freely than I have for years. Thank you Tom - just wish I’d come to see you years ago!

I first attended the clinic two years ago due to severe back pain following a sports injury, and thanks to their expertise and tailored exercise plans, i’ve never looked back. I’ve received treatments from Beth, David and Tom - they all make you feel at ease and bring a wealth of knowledge to each concern. I can’t believe I waited so long hoping the problem would fix itself, I will never hesitate to book an appointment again!

Having suffered with a tight shoulder for a few years and more recently back pain which was beginning to effect my day to day life I'm very pleased that I took the plunge to visit a chiropractor.Both David and Tom and have treated me and both have explained the processes very well making me feel comfortable throughout.I began to feel the benefit after just one session and now after 5 treatments over the last 3 weeks my movement is as good as I can remember and I am totally pain free. I would highly recommend you pay them a visit should you require to be 'cracked' back into shape

After months and months of back pain, I finally decided to do something about it and see a Chiropractor. I’ve been seeing David now for around 6 months and I’m totally free from back pain. Reducing the frequency of our sessions gradually to now every two months, really shows how effective these sessions can be. Truly recommend.

I cannot recommend Gloucester Chiropractors enough! Before I attended I was in agony most days and I had lost a lot of hope from trying a lot of other methods. I first came to Tom on the 19th November regarding my constant neck and shoulder tension resulting in awful migraines, often happening once a week and being bed bound. With the first session I felt such a difference! I am now on my 7th session and the results are amazing. He has relieved my tension in my upper body, rectified hip pain, minimised my frequency of migraines by a lot and given me more ability to move more freely and comfortably. It has honestly been a dream come true!

I have arthritis in my back which has made walking and standing very difficult. A few months ago I decided I needed to seek help as it was getting worse, my back was so stiff and I was in pain all the time unless sitting.My husband was contemplating buying me a mobility scooter as my mobility was so poor. It also was affecting my mental health as I always had been a 'walker' and could only walk about 10 paces before having to sit.The Chiropractors opened at Brockworth and I got an appointment with Tom Cairns. After just one treatment I noticed the difference, not perfect but less pain.I have been having treatment for several months now with intense treatment twice a week to start, it has now decreased to once a month as the problem will never go away.My back is still a little stiff but a few weeks ago I actually managed to walk about 3 miles across sand dunes (with many stops) to get to somewhere I really wanted to see again. I was so pleased and Tom has not only helped my physical health, he has also helped my mental health.Yes, the treatment is a little expensive but so much cheaper than a mobility scooter!!

Beth is a fantastic Chiropractor. I initially went to her about hip problems after pregnancy, and she was very kind and understanding. I felt better straight away after the first session, and each time I go things improve more. Every time I get a new injury I go and see Beth, she is lovely, makes you feel very welcome and immediately alleviates any nerves you might have.

David has been amazing at getting my back and muscular issues sorted & his advise & tips for my strength training to resolve some of my issues has been invaluable... I've gone from monthly visits to once every 3 months for check & minor adjustments over last year or so... Highly recommend!!I have also been having Sports Massages by Harry over last several months. David advised will help loosen up back more & help with his adjustments. I was uncomfortable with idea at first as I generally not like having massages done. But Harry is so knowledgeable & professional & his cheery personality he put me at ease with having them done & i found out they not the " spa" kinda massage! They have made a massive difference & i look forward to having them done, even though it can get a bit uncomfortable, but the results speak for themselves!

The staff here are so friendly and knowledgeable, and they tailer to your needs and get your joints working again. I had 3rd session now and I'm feeling better. Struggled with hip pain and pelvic girdle pain during pregnancy. Beth has been fantastic in helping me get rid of it and enable me to be mobile, sleep with no pain and enjoy the pregnancy. She has a special pregnancy pillow that enabled her to also work on my back and help me with discomfort caused by my growing bump.

Amazing place ????????I have been going to see David for a long time now.I have been having problems with my back for more than 20 years now and thought I would just have to live with it and take tablets all the time. Since seeing David, I have been able to reduce my tablets and have more good days than bad. Would highly recommend. Worth every penny.

Really recommend for pregnancy related pubic symphysis / pelvic girdle type pains!!I saw Dr Beth Rawlins for my severe pelvic girdle pain while 35 weeks pregnant as she is recommended via the Pelvic Partnership. I was in so much pain that left me on crutches and unable to walk.Beth provided an appointment under very short notice and had me back on my feet after my first session, it was such a relief! She saw me until the week I went into labour. I was able to still have an intervention free home birth, which was incredible as this would not of been possible without Beth’s treatment as NHS physios wouldn’t help at that point in pregnancy.I continue to go post partum for pelvic pain and this treatment 1ce a month is healing me so well. I am able to exercise and live normally again! Big thank you to Beth

I saw Dr Cooper for the 1st time on Saturday and he was brilliant. So friendly, made me feel at ease and explained everything to me. Lovely environment and I wasn’t rushed. The reception team are also lovely and we’re able to see me to accommodate me and I didn’t have to wait long for the appointment. After developing a sudden back issue I was able to get an appointment very quickly to see David at Gloucester Chiropractors. The lady I spoke to on the phone was lovely. I had a very informative consultation followed by the start of my treatment in the same session which offered almost immediate relief, it put my mind at ease being informed I could be repaired and hadn’t caused a permanent issue. David’s kind manner and knowledge in his profession have further helped me at my other appointments as he has been able to explain exactly what I’ve done, how he can help and how I can help myself in the long term. I would definitely recommend David to family and friends.

Very fast response following my email plea for help. Same-day appointment with Beth, who was superb. Very comprehensive consultation and history followed by pain-relieving gentle manipulation of my back and pelvis. Two days later and my back is feeling much better and I am so much more mobile. Fantastic little company that really cares about your well-being. I was paying £120 per 30 minutes session at an alternative company that wasn’t as interested in my well-being. I was given generic information which wasn’t tailored to my lifestyle. Beth who I saw for my first appointment was full of information and ideas for my sciatica or what I thought was sciatica. Turns out it was something else. Which no one told me before. I was put at ease and treated straight away. With the effort given to me on my first appointment I will be continuing my appointments. I don’t normally recommend anybody but on this occasion I fully recommend this company. Thank you Adam Turner.
